Brian D. Crosby is an associate in the firm’s real estate department. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Crosby was associated with a large plaintiffs’ firm in New York City where he played an integral role in representing 10,000 injured rescue, recovery and debris removal workers in the World Trade Center disaster site litigation from its inception to the historic $800 million settlement. Mr. Crosby co-authored an article concerning the James Zadroga Health and Compensation Act of 2010 titled “Compensation Through Legislation for 9/11 Responders and Victims: An Analysis of Zadroga,” Westlaw Journal Toxic Torts (June 1, 2011). “© Thomson Reuters. Mr. Crosby is admitted to practice before the courts of the State of New York and in the USDC for the Southern District of New York. Mr. Crosby received his bachelor’s degree from New York University and his juris doctor, magna cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law.
