Emanuela Lupu joined the firm in August 2000. She received her bachelor’s degree from New York University and earned her law degree from St. John’s University Law School. She is admitted to the New York and New Jersey Bars.

Ms. Lupu is a senior associate in the firm’s real estate department. Emanuela is currently overseeing the legal strategy of the firm’s Flushing Queens office. This office is centrally located and allows Emanuela and the firm the opportunity to better service local Queens, Brooklyn and Manhattan clients. Her extensive experience includes landlord tenant law and debt collection matters on behalf of our real estate clients. She is general counsel to numerous cooperative and condominium Boards of Directors and associations, in addition to representing clients in the firm’s commercial real estate and residential lending areas.

Ms. Lupu is also a founding member of the Flushing Association of Cooperatives and Condominiums.
