Emanuela Lupu joined the firm in August 2000. She received her bachelor’s degree from New York University and earned her law degree from St. John’s University Law School. Ms. Lupu currently supervises the firm’s landlord-tenant and debt collection matters on behalf of our real estate clients and represents numerous cooperative and condominium associations. Ms. Lupu also represents clients in the firm’s commercial real estate and residential lending areas. She is admitted to the New York and New Jersey Bars.
