Peter A. Nenadich, Jr. joined the firm in 2004. His practice focuses on commercial and residential real estate transactions, including negotiating and preparing contracts of sale, capital improvement contracts, repair and maintenance contracts, architecture and engineering services contracts, and utility, amenity and hallway/roof/laundry license agreements. He also concentrates on general cooperative and condominium representation by advising clients on their day-to-day affairs, including shareholder and unit owner disputes, transfers of cooperative ownership interests to trusts and LLC’s, preparation of guaranty and escrow agreements, as well as general management responsibilities.
He supervises the closing phases in condominium conversions, including establishing the condominium association and overseeing all unit sales. He also manages the cooperative transfer department and regularly represents both commercial and residential lenders.
