Avi Strauss joined Smith, Buss & Jacobs LLP as a litigation associate in August 2022. He is committed to providing the firm’s clients with the superior representation they need to achieve their legitimate business objectives.

Mr. Strauss currently focuses his litigation practice on real estate and condominium / cooperative disputes. Before joining the firm, Mr. Strauss litigated franchise and general commercial disputes at a prominent boutique law firm in New York.
