Charles S. Welcome has broad experience in a wide range of civil litigation matters, including shareholder derivative actions, securities litigation, breach of contract, misappropriation of trade secrets, fraud, real estate, restrictive covenants, franchise disputes and international trade law. After law school, Mr. Welcome served as a Public Service Fellow in the Chambers of the Honorable Claire R. Kelly at the United States Court of International Trade. Mr. Welcome represents clients in state and federal court as well as before arbitral tribunals and other forms of alternative dispute resolution. Mr. Welcome both prosecutes and defends claims on behalf of his clients, which include businesses, co-op and condominium boards, non-profit organizations and municipalities.
Mr. Welcome works to secure positive results for his clients through his diligent, creative style of representation. He understands the diverse considerations of each of his clients and tailors his strategy for every matter to the specific goals of each client.
