Eric is a leading civil litigator with more than 25 years of experience, specializing in complex real estate and commercial litigation. He has successfully represented his clients across a range of lawsuits, including: real estate disputes, commercial contract disputes and construction disputes. Eric has litigated cases across the country, including an appeal that rose to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. Eric also provides general legal representation to residential condominium and cooperative boards in the New York City metro area.
The key to success is taking a results-oriented approach, resolving problems and disputes amicably and efficiently where possible, and taking an aggressive position on behalf of his clients if litigation becomes
necessary. Eric listens carefully to his clients until he fully understands the nuance of their business and legal issues, in order to advise and enable each client to make an informed decision in the client’s best interest.
When he’s not in the courtroom, you’ll find Eric sharing time with his wife and their three boys. They live in Ossining, NY where he supports his community at church and school and political functions – he’s even a “regular” at the farmer’s market. In his spare time Eric enjoys playing golf, hiking the Adirondack high peaks, or sharing stories around the campfire.
