Eric Blaha concentrates his practice on providing general counsel representation to residential condominium and cooperative boards in the New York City metro area. With more than 25 years of experience, he is also a leading civil litigator who successfully represents clients across a range of legal matters, including real estate disputes, commercial contract disputes, and construction disputes. He has litigated cases nationwide, including an appeal that rose to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.

Eric believes that taking a results-oriented approach is the key to success. He focuses on resolving problems and disputes amicably and efficiently where possible, and taking an aggressive position on behalf of his clients if litigation becomes necessary.
