Fasih Din is a highly experienced business lawyer with over 20 years of legal experience in corporate law, real estate, and litigation. Before joining the Firm, Fasih successfully operated as a solo practitioner for over 14 years in New York City, building a strong reputation for his exceptional legal skills and dedication to his clients. During this time, Fasih handled a diverse range of legal matters, providing comprehensive legal services to individuals and businesses alike and delivered favorable outcomes for his clients.

Fasih honed his expertise in areas such as corporate and business law, contract negotiations, litigation, and real estate transactions. In his private practice, Fasih provided legal services to a boutique investment bank focused on mid-market business enterprises. He has extensive experience in reviewing import vendor agreements, agency agreements, and sub-agency agreements, stock purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, settlement agreements, and documentation related to secured/unsecured loans.

Fasih also served as general counsel to one of the largest wholesale distributors of Southeast Asian food products in the Northeast Region. Fasih provided legal counsel to one of the largest Pakistani Digital TV Network that is widely viewed in Middle East, North America and Europe. In that capacity, he handled contract negotiations, licensing matters, distribution agreements, agency agreements, and provided guidance on purchase and sale of business agreements.

Fasih gained significant litigation experience and has represented clients in various courts throughout New York State, including the Supreme Courts, Appellate Division, and Civil Courts. He has successfully represented clients in various civil and commercial disputes, including breach of contract cases, partnership disputes, and performance-related matters. He has represented individual shareholders in derivative actions, non-profit religious organizations in membership and election disputes, and clients in residential and commercial real estate disputes.

Now, as a part of the Firm, Fasih continues to leverage his extensive experience and legal acumen to provide top-notch legal services to his clients. He is known for his meticulous attention to detail, strategic thinking, and client-centric approach, ensuring that each client receives the highest level of legal representation.
