Jennifer Milo

Jennifer Milo, an associate at the firm, focuses on SBJ’s cooperative and condominium default and transfer departments. Her two-year internship with SBJ prior to joining the firm full-time provided her with a strong foundation in real estate law and practical experience in co-op and condominium matters.

Jennifer is a graduate of St. John’s University School of Law, where she participated in a real estate fellowship and served on the executive board of the Real Property Law Society.
