Prior to joining Smith, Buss & Jacobs, LLP in October 2021, Rachel Lust worked as an associate, handling a wide variety of litigation and transactional work from probate proceedings, residential real estate closings, and drafting estate work.

Rachel Lust is part of the Smith, Buss, & Jacobs LLP’s litigation team working a wide range of real estate litigation matters, including but not limited to, cooperatives and condominiums and landlord-tenant disputes.
