Tatiana A. Shestova has over 15 years of experience as transactional attorney with focus on commercial real estate and corporate transactions. Prior to joining our firm, in her role as general counsel at a real estate development firm, Tatiana has represented the company and investors in acquisitions, financing, environmental remediation, construction, development, and leasing of commercial, residential and mixed-use developments, including shopping malls, mixed-use condominiums, big box retail stores, and numerous construction projects.
In addition to handling real estate matters, Tatiana has concentrated on corporate transactions, from internal corporate structure and governance to joint venture agreements with major Fortune 500 companies.
Tatiana routinely handled sophisticated transactional real estate matters focused on leasing, mortgage and mezzanine financings, acquisitions and sales transaction for developers, lenders, and borrowers.
As part of our firm, Tatiana represents owners and developers in interim, permanent, construction, mortgage, and mezzanine loan financing, as well as acquisitions, sales and commercial leasing. This work encompasses commercial real estate assets, such as office and retail facilities, condominiums, and mixed-use developments.
